How do we live a  life with Jesus?

To be a Christian is to be a follower of Jesus. Plain and simple.
When we follow Jesus, our outlook on life changes and we see the world differently.
When we see the word differently we behave differently.

If i needed to identify three things that Christians do differently to the rest of the world, I would say that we

Pray - Help - Give

PRAY

HELP

GIVE

Prayer is simply a conversation with God!
When we pray, we are including God in our lives, willingly sharing our hopes, dreams and fears with him.
Prayer is a two way conversation.
In time, you will hear God speaking back to you - it may be through the words of others, or dreams, or a passage from the Bible.
God always listens to our prayers, even if we can't always hear his answers.

Jesus told us that he came to serve
and not to be served.
He shows us how compassion and kindness changes the world. The bible tells us:
"What good is it, if someone claims to have faith but has no deeds? Suppose a brother or a sister is without clothes and daily food. If one of you says to them, “Go in peace; keep warm and well fed,” but does nothing about their physical needs, what good is it? In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead."
(James 2.14-17)
The Church is Jesus' body in this world, so we help out wherever we can and whenever we can!

The Bible tells us that we should dedicate 10% of our harvest to God.
Not everyone has a harvest to give, but we all have resources at our disposal.
We can't all give 10% of what we have all of the time, but tithing (giving) isn't really  about money - its about demonstrating to God, and the world, what is really important to you.
Some wise person once said:
"Don't tell me what is important to you,
show me!"
One of the ways we do this is by sharing our resources with the church, who in turn use those resources to help others!
